Shipping Info

All orders are posted within 3 days of the order being placed. Shipping is conducted through the Royal Mail. Please allow up to 8 working days for UK orders and 10 working days for international orders to arrive.

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please check with your local postal office as it is common for posties to forget to leave “sorry we missed you” cards if you were not home at the time of delivery.

For international orders (outside of the UK), I currently ship to Ireland, The USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and The Netherlands. We use tracked delivery to make sure that your items get to you safely, it is estimated on the Royal Mail website to take up to 7 days from the day of postage for your order to arrive, but this may take longer.

Please be aware that international orders have import fees placed on them by the receiving country and are outwith our control. The import fees are the customer's responsibility to pay on receiving the order. Thank you for understanding.

 

Lastly, please make sure that all your details are correct at the time of ordering. We would hate to ship your items to the wrong address!
